The KRX (Chairman and CEO: Kyungsoo Choi) said that Doosan Bobcat, global construction equipment maker signed a principal underwriting agreement for listing on KOSPI Market with Korea Investment %amp; Securities and JP Morgan on 21th March, 2016.
Doosan Bobcat engages in manufacturing and exporting a range of construction related products such as machinery and equipment in Europe and Americas. Bobcat brand was founded in 1962 in the U.S and Doosan Infracore became the largest shareholder in 2007. Bobcat’s main products are Skid-steel Loaders/Compact Track Loaders and Heavy Excavators/Wheel Laders. It showed 5-year consecutive operative profit growth and the CAGR was 25%(from 2011 to 2015). In 2015 the sales revenue was USD 3,480 mil and the operating profit was USD 332 mil.
